Cool bikes, creative staff, hard working
New manager or boss every six months with a few who are not necessarily qualified for the positions they hold. Work your ass off for stock options that "might" be worth something. Convincing people its not a Harley-Davidson knock off. Low trust between management and employees. Bogus comparisons between an F16 jet ... no one is going to get it. Hi Risk to employeed. Weak benifits.
Advice to Management
There is nothing that says I am for real than actual sales rather than orders pending for the last 7 years...start selling bikes.
