Good management, great staff, they put the patient first and provide great patient care. I would recommend Virginia Mason as a place of employment and as a hospital
The location is not the easiest for public transportation and there is no staff parking during the daytime on weekdays.
Advice to Management
Work on keeping the great staff you have. Putting everyone's salaries into buckets based on titles does not make sense.

Fairly straightforward interview process. 1 phone interview then an in person one the following week. On the phone, I was asked simple background info of how I qualify for the position. I advise you get out a laptop and take notes from the 5 sentences she will ask--then have her read one more time because she will ask specifics like "what gender is the patient I was talking about?" or "what kind of lab did I ask you to order?"
