I have been working at Virtusa full-time (more than an year)

Great hunger to grow. Hence this is the company which will be happening for the next 5 years;. Company has a focus on deep mining one vertical. They are able to put in sales structure as the market demands. Following close to Cognizant path and should ideally reach there.
Its a friendly place to work with. Indian centers are nice and cozy. Rest of world offices are sales offices and with austerity. Good company overall

Company has put in processes that of a 5 Bn company, but is only a dime of it. So it causes a drag. Company does not have much training in places. When u join in there is a host of compulsory training which irritates employees. But not a major deterrent. High growth companies like many lead to low on work life balance. But it is enjoyable. Company is putting in back end infrastructure in most of its offices. Colombo office usually creates a lethargic effect on backbone of company.
