    There are some things that can and should be addressed to get the company moving along better than it is, get rid of people who aren't doing what they should and are making things worse.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Vocera.

    Interview Details

    The interview process was long and thorough. Initial contact and phone interview was with the recruiter, who was very open and thorough with excellent questions over two separate calls. My second interview was onsite with three people, who each clearly had specific topics to drill down on. The next round was with 6 people, and again, they were very organized and had specific areas each person covered. It was great to have time with everyone from the VP to peers to cross-functional stakeholders.

    Everyone was professional, the offices functional, and the vibe I got was of competence, polish, and focus.

    The offered me a contract role and selected another candidate. I had another offer for a VP role so I took that instead.
