I worked at Vodafone Ireland full-time (more than 3 years)

Worked here a number of years. The office was a blast, great people worked there. Good location to Luas. Time off was although I personally never availed of it, for birthday day. And the days you did take of for AL, you could have your work relatively covered due to cross training in affect.

Some managers were moved from one department into others which they had no clue, kind of like how our government would move minister of Education to minister for Transport. This caused much frustration explaining why we do something in a certain way and then spending a few hours fixing the issue caused by not listening to us.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing. Since I left, they became a "top 100 company" so they are clearly doing good stuff.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Vodafone Ireland in January 2015.

    Interview Details

A case study with three other candidates supervised by two HR people. You're given 20 minutes to read a case study and then justify your answer, you must then present your answer to the HR people.
The interview then lasts 30-40 minutes with one member of HR and one manager. It was quite relaxed and conversation like.

    Interview Questions
    • All competency based questions and they want LOTS of examples.
What are your skills, when did you lead a team, when did you show innovation, how did you deal with an unhappy customer
