    I have been working at VoiceNation full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    VoiceNation employees treat each other like family. The company will go above and beyond to invest in staff. If there is something you need in order to be better at your job, all you have to do is ask. Management team is always very helpful and the culture is fun and engaging. It is easy to tell the company puts a lot of time into planning company meetings and events to make sure staff enjoys themselves and learns something. Company is on top of technology and are big on being innovative. Awesome volunteer opportunities if you like to volunteer.

    Cons

    I hate to read the negative reviews because they aren't true. So many people just "take the job to get paid" and don't understand VoiceNation is so much more involved than that. They want you to grow and build your career, not treat it like a short term job.

    Stay involved with staff. Culture is fun. Continue to offer volunteer opportunities.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at VoiceNation in November 2014.

    Interview Details

    Initial interview is a phone interview. Next step is a group interview in which they tell you that there are 2 more steps in the interview process. After group interview, they ask you to email a review of the group interview and let them know how interested you are in moving forward. They request this by the next morning and say they will reply letting you know that it was received, but I did not receive a reply. Third interview is individual. Here you learn more about the job. I was told I would hear something by the end of the week as they were ready to hire immediately, but did not hear anything.

    I think the company itself is a great place and I admire the work they are doing. The lack of follow-up makes me wonder if the workload is too overwhelming.
