    Pros

I think they try to do right by their employees. Standards are high but fair. They try new things. There is evidence of listening to concerns/complaints and doing things to make improvements.

    Cons

Most of the growth opportunity is at headquarters.

    Interview

Easy interview process. I felt comfortable with talking to my interviewers. Walked in a room where there was two people who introduced themselves to me and myself to them and they began to ask me questions. This took about 30 min. and then it was my turn. I asked them a few more questions and afterwards the interview was over.
