    I worked at W3i Holdings as an intern (less than a year)


    Because its so small and growing, W3i gives you a lot of freedom to grow out your own products and create innovation. Developers get 1 work day a week to just innovate.


    The desktop product line is kinda sketchy and the mobile product line is kinda lame. (both make boatloads of money though)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Prioritize worth of projects and then actually use those projects.
