    I worked at WCA Waste


    The company fostered a hard-working, efficient atmosphere. Good work was recognized by management. There is a promising future for the company and its employees.


    Sometimes you have to put in long hours. There are a few horizontal communication gaps. The work environment is somewhat boring.

    Negotiation Details
    It was tuff as I came form much higher salaries with my experience. I was unable to negotiate the salary, however the auto package was lacking a great deal so I was able to work on that.
