    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to work on a clear path to advance your career within the company. WESCO loses a lot of great employee's because there is no clear path to advancing within especially with Inside Sales being a horizontal move.

    Interview Details

Wow, what a great experience with the recruiter with Wesco. She reached out to me via linked in. I wish I could give her a shout out by name (initials E.L). She was on the ball and has kept me updated on every step of the process. Her questions were very professional - Tell me about a time when: How would you manage a team: Best success story.........etc. Very nice and professional - way to go Wesco

    Interview Questions
    • The personality test was very difficult. I had to dig deep back into my algebra days, deep into Webster......very hard online test. Be prepared!   Answer Question
