    Manager of Security Interview

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at WET Design in September 2014.

    Interview Details

Was asked to stop by with Tania in Talent (HR), and Balintina. Was a little nervous prior to the interview, but soon faded with the notion of being listened to. I came prepared with a pre-filled application, resume, copies of certifications, and a photograph from my work during a special event. Tania opted not to pay attention to the material, instead she listened to what I had to offer. It's pretty clear Tania and Balintina were looking to see if I would fit with the company.

I was looking to project elements of my personality that are not typically associated within the security field, without saying the key words. Everything I was looking to project was reciprocated. These included the notion of authenticity, honesty, and recognizing a positive working environment.

Easily the best interview experience I've ever had.
