I worked at WIND Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A chance to get to know new people. Good experience of what a call center job is but less formal. Easy to get used to.

    Cons

Pressure to achieve goals, while having QA agents that make it harder. Stressful when dealing with the customers.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees, work with them instead of push them away.
