I worked at WL Homes full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

My time at WL Homes will always be very special to me. There I got hands on, real life training in managing people, managing very large IT projects and working with very smart, very talented people.

    Cons

One of the most important lessons learned was how quickly change can happen when a successful company is purchased by another successful company with a very different culture. Then with the economic downturn, the company was allowed to fall into bankruptcy by the new owner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company culture starts at the top and Larry Webb definitely created an amazing and powerful corporate culture.
