Work life balance is exceptional. Monday thru Friday work schedule, don't check email nights or weekends. Great co workers.

    Cons

Since a small company, not much room for career growth.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WNC & Associates in February 2014.

    Interview

I submitted my resume for the position and heard back within a week for an in-person interview off the bat. Within another couple days I was invited back to meet with the VP of the department and was offered the job after another couple days. 2-3 week hiring process start to finish.
