    Pros

    Excellent executive leadership, solid values and success driven organizational identity, strengths reside in unmatched industry knowledge and in vigorous, perpetual pursuit of sustained, superior operational excellence. Colleagues are professional and pleasant.

    Staff-level managers and functional leaders are held accountable for results without accountability for how they manage or develop subordinate employees;

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work/life balance should be reinforced and grievances regarding a lack of balance should be protected from retribution; performance improvement plan (PIP) should include an actual structure to guide improvement, be administered by independent committee rather than used as a tool of retribution for termination (by a single-manager and single HR manager), full transparency should be afforded to employee throughout the entire process, and managers should refrain from using PIP's as forum to build a case against an employee. Formal training should be established and recorded within all functional groups.
