    I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than 3 years)


    Working for Wal-Mart has its ups and downs, luckily for me they have mostly been ups. I have worked at 3 different stores each having a different style of doing things because every manger is different.


    There are some manager I have worked under that will throw policy out the window just to please a customer, even if it means losing money. This is a pro and a con depending on the situation.

    I applied online – interviewed at Walmart.

    Interview Details

    If you get called for an interview, you can pretty much guarantee that you have the job unless you fail the drug test or are a complete idiot. The questions they ask are very easy. Nowadays expect to be employed as a Temp. A few months down the road, based upon your work ethic, you can expect to be hired on as part-time.
