I have been working at Ward Trucking

    Pros

Paycheck, coworkers are always discussing better opportunities elsewhere which gives you hope

    Cons

Management could care less about people w/families...dispatchers text your cell phone while driving and get upset when you dont text them back (while you are driving).. they will keep u on the road until midnight. you have to load your own truck before route, work 11 hrs on the road and then unload your truck while dodging unqualified forklift drivers. The turnover is soo high there, there should b a revolving door, they are always hiring because everyone finds a more professional company. soo cheep they dont pay time and a half after 40hrs. Very poorly managed.
