    Pros

They allowed me to work on a range of projects, if I wanted more important roles (drafting press releases for certified platinum artists) they would guide me and help me every step

    Awesome perks (free coffee/tea/T Shirts/concerts)

My supervisor still emails me today and checks up on where I am, only internship where they went beyond my last day to help me out

Great environment to work in, newest music always playing

    Cons

The commute was rough, but that was on my end not really theirs

    Advice to Management

You should totally invest in a partnership with red bull!!!

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Warner Bros. Records (Los Angeles, CA) in December 2014.

    Interview

I was recommended by my friend, so the interview was extremely casual. I was offered the intern role during the phone interview. The entire process was really just a screening. This foreshadowed what the experience would be like. They don't care much about the interns probably because interns are easily replaceable to WBR.
