The people were very understanding and easy to work with. Expectations were always very clear and relayed well.
Frequent managerial switches. If you are a cashier the pay isn't very good and I stopped getting as many hours as I asked for.
Advice to Management
Stop changing managers around and work more on the communication with cashiers.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Waterway Gas & Wash in December 2014.
I applied online and got an e-mail asking to set up a phone interview with someone from the corporate office. Basically, that phone interview was just them explaining the position and to set up an one on one interview at one of the car wash locations. The in-person interview was like any normal interview, nothing fancy. A lot of behavioral questions and motivational questions. I was offered a second interview and was told to get a drug test done within 48 business hours. A few days after taking the drug test, and passing it, I received an e-mail from the GM stating they are going to pursue other candidates instead.
