Great people to work with, great benefits.
Stingy with raises. Great incentive plan that is difficult to achieve.
Advice to Management
Consider shift a bit more power down to the mid-level people. You are missing dollars because you fear spending a few dimes to build healthy relationships.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Wausau Paper.
Got a call from their Human Resources department after I posted my resume on job site. They were very courteous and set up initial phone interview. First interview was extremely straight forward basically just going through work history. Received a second interview which was also with Human Resources. This interview was also very straight forward and dealt more with how my experience and qualifications make me a good candidate for the position. Unfortunately, I did not receive a face to face interview but did get a courteous email from my interviewer telling me that I was not picked for the next round of interviews.
