I worked at Wealth Masters International

    - opportunity to travel
    - small company = high level of responsibility
    - time off typically readily approved
    - non-corporate atmosphere (laid back)

    - non-competitive salaries
    - managerial message delivered in forms of threats, especially indirectly from the CEO
    - 1 man show, owner leads with the attitude of "It goes my way because I say so"; in capable of considering alternative opinions
    - volatile job security; often expected to jump hoops and feel threatened in order to keep the job, lacking an environment supported with positive reinforcement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and treat them with respect, because they can become assets if you let them be.
