Great place to work if you like a fast paced, constantly changing environment. You also get to work with very smart and highly motivated individuals. Somewhat structured in terms of business planning. Depending on where you work, it can be laidback.

Can be quite chaotic with frequent organizational changes. Pay is generally not up to par with the market. It's a company where you wear lots of hats to get the job done but the pay is not commensurate with the position or workload.

    Advice to Management

Pay for performance and reward people for excellence. Have a defined career path at at levels. Stop micromanaging and promote a culture that builds trust and loyalty. Hire the right people, empower them to make decisions, trust them to make right decisions and give room for people to learn from their mistakes.

    Average Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Web.com Inc (Jacksonville, FL).

I had an outstanding phone interview. Then, I was brought in the following week to interview with two more people within the department. The interview went really well. They invited me back the following week for a third interview with an Executive. That interview went well. I did not hear from them until a week later asking me if I was still interested in the position, what my salary expectations were, and expressed how much they liked me. I confirmed my interest in working for them and they brought me in for the fourth and final interview with another Executive. 10 days went by and I heard that I did not get the job. A full month and a half of interviews, four trips to the office, falsely expressed interest in a candidate - and no offer. This whole experience made me never want to work for them. They clearly don't have all of their ducks in a row.
