    Pros

Compensation is competitive. Benefits are very good including stock options. Online marketing products focusing on Search Engine Optimization are very well designed and new product offerings are consistently being rolled out. Product features and benefits stay ahead of competition. New markets growth creates advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Product fulfillment and support is lacking and not able to keep pace with client growth. As a result client retention is suffering and churn is effecting morale of sales force. Constant change to processes and upper management is creating confusion and uncertainty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more resources in product fulfillment and support. Provide sales force with better time management, lead generation and CRM tools.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a weekinterviewed at Web.com Inc in March 2015.

    Interview Details

I was interviewed by a manager named Roy. He asked some basic interview questions. (Always talk about how important the customer is, and how important team work is) After he was done interviewing me, I ask him some of my 5 questions that I had typed the night before and I also made some bullets of their company values and culture and I defined what each culture and values mean to me. To put it to you this way, I got interviewed on Friday the 6th of March and that same day I got an offer to become apart of their company. As, of right now, I have submitted my criminal and background check -03/10/15.

Note: I am pretty sure I am going to be doing a drug test, I just started my background check as stated above

    I start March 23rd 2015 at WEB.Com-Super Excited!
