I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week – interviewed at Web.com Inc (Jacksonville, FL) in March 2015.
I was interviewed by a manager named Roy. He asked some basic interview questions. (Always talk about how important the customer is, and how important team work is) After he was done interviewing me, I ask him some of my 5 questions that I had typed the night before and I also made some bullets of their company values and culture and I defined what each culture and values mean to me. To put it to you this way, I got interviewed on Friday the 6th of March and that same day I got an offer to become apart of their company. As, of right now, I have submitted my criminal and background check -03/10/15.
Note: I am pretty sure I am going to be doing a drug test, I just started my background check as stated above
I start March 23rd 2015 at WEB.Com-Super Excited!
