I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a dayinterviewed at Webasto Roof Systems in June 2012.

    Interview Details

No set format for interview; fairly unstructured. Manager asked few traditional and/or behaviorial type questions. Interview went on for over 1.5hrs going in a number of directions. At one point, had to ask if we could start talking about the job. Easy to talk with the interviewer, but not enough opportunity to discuss job responsibilities, how I qualified and how I could perform/contribute.
