Headquartered in Rochester, New York, Wegmans is a privately held, family-owned company, founded in 1916 by the Wegman family. Danny Wegman is CEO, and Colleen Wegman, his daughter, is president. Robert Wegman, Danny’s father, was chairman until his death in April 2006.

After I applied online I received a phone call from the person who would eventually hire me. They asked preliminary questions about what I was interested in doing and why I had applied to the company. Then I was scheduled for a face to face interview, again pretty standard questions, no curve… – Full Interview
