    I have been working at WeiserMazars full-time (more than 3 years)


    I have only positive things to say about the company.

     I love the ambiance, the spirit, the people, the flexibility of HR to try to make you happy and many many other things.
    The company will always try to help, provide, and make you satisfied with your schedule.
    They do and encourage you to do a lot of social events, sports or associations. They make you involved in the recruiting process early in your career so you feel involved.
    About the job: You will be working with mostly nice people. Most of them will take the time to train you, will be patient and understanding.

    The relationship is founded on Trust and I feel that for the past 3 years it has been a give and take relationship.
    Yes I sometimes worked long hours and even sometimes on weekends. But when the busy season is over, you get to have a great work life balance and enjoy most of the summer.


    Sometimes Reviews can be tough... it all depend on the team you work with... so be aware.

    Office Culture is great. Promotions and perks, well... it can always get better :)

    Firm has a very difficult time finding qualified people based on the people that interview them. They prefer to hire people with incorrect experience or inexperienced people. Human resources is not familiar with the accounting profession and therefore cannot specify the need and fulfill jobs effectively.
