A very friendly work environment, that is at the same time pleasant and stimulating. The team is engaged and the company is open to new ideas, always listening their employees. Large list of benefits, but I should point out a simple, and yet delicious, breakfast offered every Monday and Friday mornings.
The company's headquarters aren't very well located... You can reach it by bus (long ride), but it is easier if you have a car. Also, during luchtime, if you don't have a car, you are a bit stranted are there are not that many restaurants nearby (however, a list of meal-delivering restaurants is available - in case you haven't brought your own food). This is one of the reasons the president can't be as present in the workplace as some people might like (even though he is very reachable by all means of communication and sociable with the team).
