I worked at Wellex full-time (More than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookRecommendsPositive Outlook
Great place to work, very friendly staff and management. Was welcomed straight away, felt like a very integral part of the company for my duration there. Because its a smaller company your not just a cog in the wheel. You also have the chance to make a large contribution to projects you work on, which is good for your demo reel. The pipeline is organised and ran well. Management have a lot of joint experience in production, which makes the studio run very well. Core team members are very talented as are the short term employees brought on temporarily. The company makes smart decisions on project choices. Overall a very fun happy place to work with good management and great artists.
Smaller studio just starting to get noticed. As a smaller company the pay is not as good as some more established companies, but room to grow with a company heading in the right direction. Sometimes staff will need to put in extra work with no overtime but meals are provided. But you get out what you put in so not that bad.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work. Keep picking good projects that will give you more credibility.
