    I worked at West Marine full-time for less than a year


    The best reason to work here was that we had Fridayand the weekend off


    The challenges was that we had to wk from 3am until done that's means we didnt get out I wk until 10-11 clock at night that's was a challenge

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The advice I shares with upper management was how we can do our job and not be so stressful and get the product out in a timely manner

    I applied online. The process took 5 months - interviewed at West Marine.

    The hiring process took close to 4 months, mainly due to how disorganized they were. They were ready to hire me and then said that it would have to be a few months before they could extend an offer, since they miscalculated their budget for that quarter.
