    Work at home from own computer Set own hours when available Interesting opportunity assisting others Online training is provided Social media site for employee network


    At times hours are very few and far between working hours (ex. you may work 2 hours per day one of those hours may be in the morning and the other may be in the evening) Very low starting hourly wage Supervisors/support do not get proper experience to assist employees Employees pay for phone and internet service without any reimbursements

    Advice to Management

    Managers need more training and pay needs to be raised for the use of applications required to utilize. More hours need to be released to employees.

    I applied online. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at West at Home in February 2015.


    Very easy. I had to do a phone interview. This was done by speaking into an automated system. The first 5 questions, they made a statement, and I had to take that statement and turn it into a question. There were five of those. The next step involved 5 fragmented sentences that I had to put in the correct order to form a completed sentence. The last step was to answer some questions. The questions were given in advance, so I had time to figure out how I would answer each question
