    Pros

    Salary is a great incentive to stay at this company. The people doing the work in the US do a great job!

    Cons

    Outsourced most of the major software applications. Management seems to have issues with transparency and open communication.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more effectively. Let the employees know what's actually going on in the company. There's a few managers that are giant shams that've screwed over many, get rid of them.
