    I worked at Western Digital full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Compensation was competitive, stock option was stellar, managers did look out for their subs.

    Cons

    Hard disks are slowly getting obsolete, and Western Digital doesn't appear to have a backup plan for that eventuality.

    Interview Details

    Technical interview with direct supervisor. Not too intensive. Interview with helpdesk manager and then meet with HR to review benefits. Followed up with phone interview with the senior director to ask about what previous duties were.
