    Pros

    Very Flexible Schedule. Very ethical. Provides billing and documentation per Medicare requirements. Good benefit package. Immediate management readily accessible. Provides education to patients as well as staff in the facilities.

    Cons

    Occasionally takes increased time to receive reimbursement for items purchased out of pocket.
