Pay is fair but with benefits added in it becomes very good. Senior leadership is excellent and has the company headed in the right direction. Quality people to work with, everyone knows how to do their job. Always hire from within for promotions before looking outside the company.
While Senior management is excellent, middle management seems unfocused. The term to many chiefs not enough Indians applies. The process becomes more important then the result. When hiring they were not up front about the overtime demands. While overtime is a part of warehouse work, they implied it was minimal. During busy season expect to work 15-20 a week overtime. Busy season is Aug-November and Feb - April.
Advice to Management
Not everyone needs to be a "manager". Roles would be easier to define if there was a clearer structure within middle management areas.
