I worked at Which Wich part-time (More than a year)

There were a lot of cool and fun people to work with Not a lot of work 50% off employee discounts

The manager was cheap, if you got a "raise" it would be like 10 cents Will do anything for the customers, even if they were being completely ridiculous or just trying to get free stuff

    Advice to Management

Be more respectful towards employees, listen to what they have to say about the company take the time to actually train people, a lot of co workers were stupid or didn't know how to do stuff

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Which Wich (Short Pump, VA) in May 2015.

Which Wich brings new meaning to the phrase "brown bagging." The quick-service sandwich restaurant chain uses a unique ordering system that has customers writing their own orders on brown paper bags. There are more than 80 franchised locations in about 15 states. Most locations offer at least 50 different toasted sandwiches, including specialty items such as the five-meat Wicked, the Triple Cheese Please, and the Elvis Wich (peanut butter, honey, and banana). Other menu items include a variety of drinks, chips, cookies, and shakes. Company president Jeff Sinelli ... More
