I have been working at Whitman College full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, opportunity for advancement, amazing coworkers, and extra training is always encouraged. Retirement incentive is awesome, and benefits are good.

    Cons

Dealing with people that take advantage of generous coworkers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest ongoing and continuing education and training for anyone supervising employees, so no one gets complacent and accepting of the way things used to be.
