    Pros

Benign neglect management, not an oppressive corporate culture.
Employees get things done for clients.

    Cons

    Very unresponsive to employee needs.
Management is very unresponsive to employee driven productivity enhancing recommendations.
Very low pay for the work.
Limited career advancement - don't expect a promotion in the first five years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want productivity or happy employees, you need to spend money. Spend the appropriate amount on pay. Spend money on real accounting systems. Spend money on fixing facilities, like HVAC so you don't have employees walking around in coats all day. Spend money on professional email systems.
