    I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Wight & Company (Darien, IL).

    Interview

    They came for on campus recruiting and showed great interest and really appreciated my past experience in the field. I was called to their main office for the second round of interview. I met VPs of various departments and I thought that I have nailed it. They never got back to me
