    Pros

Good solid company with strong ethics and tradition. Training is there to make you a strong contributor. Solid company vehicle plan. Leadership is strong.

    Cons

Career guidance is like the wild west or looking for the northwest passage (people swear it was there) A few more managers than leaders. No one has any idea what an advancement can pay. Very hush when it comes to salaries and seems to be arbitrary .

    Advice to Management

More personality and team training and less sales training. Diversity needs to continue to increase. Be active.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Wilbur-Ellis.

    Interview

I talked with them at my school's career fair and got a call that night to come in the next day to interview. The interview went very well. It was two men who were very nice. Typical questions, none that really surprised me. Very interested in hearing about my experience and talents. I am waiting to hear back, but they openly said they were very impressed with me.
    Examples:
    Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about your current job.
