I worked at Wildlife Habitat Council full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The staff of WHC are passionate about what they do and the services they provide. The office, while small, created a strong work environment and one I felt very comfortable in.

    Cons

The only down size was room for advancement. While I loved this organization and my position, the opportunity to expand within the organization was small. As this was my first job, it was inevitable I would leave.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 7+ weeksinterviewed at Wildlife Habitat Council.

    Interview Details

The entire process was well done. Careful thought went into crafting the position description. Communication, during several steps along the way, was excellent, so I knew where I was in their process. Their stepped approach, including a pre-interview survey, was well conceived. The actual interview was pleasant, a good conversation to determine from both sides if we had a "fit". A good experience overall, even if I didn't get the offer.
