    Pros

    Management listens to employees. Benefits are great. Work-life balance is very reasonable for most positions.

    Cons

    Rapid growth breaks older processes, but the company eventually adapts to new conditions.

    Interview Details

    Easy just tell them what they want to hear and they will love you. Executives are great people, admin not that much, especially a couple of bitter secretaries. Highly recommended.
