    Interview Details

I had been with the company for four years, had no write-ups and only one call-in but didn't even get an interview because I'm not Chickasaw. In the handbook it says that a tribal person will get promoted over you IF both have equal qualifications. Three Chickasaws were promoted over me who were there less than 6 months AND had horrible attendance records. What a joke.
