An entrepreneurial and results driven positive spirit will thrive and become an autonomous company president. One can secure a prosperous life. Women are especially welcome and numerous have become affiliate presidents.

    Cons

If one focuses on results he or she will advance. If the one is a standout leader, the affiliate president will sponsor the employees growth. The best move ahead.

    Payroll Administrator Interview

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at WinWholesale in September 2010.

    Interview Details

Two interviews were required, the first with the hiring manager and an employee services representative, and the next with all of the people in the department. A math test was given during the first interview, so if you failed you were ineligible for a second interview. Meeting with all members of the department was awkward, but it was nice to be able to see whether or not the people I would potentially work with were crazy or annoying.

Branches in WinWholesale's network are locally run and easily recognizable by their Win-prefixed names, such as Winair, Winlectric, Winwater, and Winnelson. The exception to the naming scheme is its Noland subsidiary, which operates more than 100 locations in the Southeast under the Noland banner... More
