    Pros

The Company has great benefits. The company culture is fun and overall easy going. The coworkers and local management were great and like family. The is an ability to move up and change jobs within the organization.

    Cons

Work is in a cold plant so dress appropriately. More resources could be put to infrastructure. The hours are sometimes long and there are some weekends required.
