    Health benefits are decent compared to other companies, generous short term medical leave and maternity leave for salaried folks, vacation is comparable to other companies if you can take it but it is lumped in with sick time as PTO, which is good if you don't get sick, good life insurance plan.


    Many times when one salaried manager goes on vacation it means you have to work 6 or 7 days to cover it. The shifts should be 10 hours but often becomes 12 hour + days. Sometimes closing the store at midnight and then have to come back at 6am to open (Clopenings). Doesn't rotate weekends or holidays for management like some other retailers. Days off are always split like Sat/Wed or Thurs/Sunday doesn't give enough time to rest up and come back to work ready to go.

    Advice to Management

    Look at those schedules, the store won't burn down if management rotates a weekend a month. Clopenings are bad, look at the controversy with Starbucks. There's shouldn't be a problem with 2 days off back to back Thurs/Fri, Sun/Mon, Fri/Sat. If someone has to work extra days to cover a vacation then it's essentially robbing peter to pay paul. Let people work their 50 since that's already more than the norm for working hours, 55+ is really pushing it.

    It was a simple process. Dress for the part, make eye contact, be on time, and answer all questions honest ly. Management takes alot of time for the interview process, so don't waste their time if yo uccannot pass a background check
