Great people. Competitive pay. Lower rates so more attracitve to in house counsel. Pull very smart lawyers from bigger firms and offer same service and value at a lower rate- Very smart! Benefits are good- Employee matched 401K up to 6%.
Bi annual reviews were too much! Management keeps close track of how everyone is doing.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the bi-annual reviews. Once a year is enough. Really focus on grooming mid level associates for shareholdership.
