The Wipfli Way It's how we do what we do
The Wipfli Way is an internal initiative to drive associate behavior; it defines how associates should treat each other. This ultimately translates to how we treat our clients.
What it looks like
The Wipfli Way is what clients and associates see every day. It's saying please and thank you, being responsive and timely, exhibiting a professional image, and initiating proactive communication. Clients and associates alike notice and appreciate the different culture that is evident in both the hallways and our client work.
Why we do it
To go beyond the ordinary.
We recognize that customer service is the key to our ongoing success and growth. Associates at every level of the firm are dedicated to delivering timely and high-quality service to help ensure that satisfaction. Effective communication and personal attention are critical. We constantly ensure that clients are, and remain, satisfied with the quality of service they receive.
We have quite a few examples of clients who decided to work with someone else for a while. But these stories are often rewarding in that they come back. Time and again, clients return to us, citing the "little things" as what they couldn't live without. They see a culture of teamwork and excellence at Wipfli. They notice the calls and communication that we expect, but that are not always standard with competitors. We get it. That's why we do it.
As a firm with over eight decades of history, Wipfli aspires to be The Firm of Choice for our clients and our associates. We are focused on six industries, committed to client-focused service and constantly leveraging our collective intellectual capital and entrepreneurial spirit to provide compliance and solutions.
Once a year, we collaborate to give back time and talent on Community Day. The firm-wide event, held with nonprofit clients and service organizations, supports the efforts of three dozen charities, including the Salvation Army, Goodwill Industries, Boys & Girls Club, Camp Fire USA, Feed My Starving Children and the Humane Society
We believe a comfortable work culture creates a collaborative environment. Therefore, the general dress at Wipfli is Corporate Casual. You should mirror the attire of clients on site. And on Fridays, you can donate money to charities to wear jeans
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We pledge to ensure that all personnel policies and procedures are non-discriminatory. We’re committed to a culture that is both inclusive and embraces the power of our differences. We value individual strengths, the synergy of teams, and the wisdom of One Firm.
To serve as trusted advisors to our clients, with a relentless commitment to creating value and securing the future of the businesses and communities we live in.
As part of our work culture, we have established a new educational foundation and matching donation program to support higher-learning institutions where our associates have graduated. It is an effort to give back to the colleges and universities of choice, and represents a visible commitment to life-long learning.
Our Women’s Impact Network (WIN). Launched to promote and encourage the personal and professional development of women associates across the firm. Training and mentoring. Relationship and team building. Sponsorships and events.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Wipfli in October 2013.Interview Details
The whole process was very well thought out and helpful to me as a student. They have been in contact through email just to let me know how they are doing in the recruitment process. They came on campus to do interviews which made it much easier for me to find the time do mine. They are also all very friendly and you can tell that they are looking for your best interest.Interview Questions

- My interviewer stayed away from the hard questions. He was mostly just trying to get to know me and see if I would be a fit. He chose not to ask all of those "typical" interview questions which made it seem more relaxed for me. Answer Question
