    Pros

    Excellent supervisor (Eric Juntunen), many advancement opportunities, freedom to operate my own store within certain restrictions

    Cons

    Minimum 55 hour work week (often turned into 60+ hours), poor leadership from new CEO (as of approx. 2011), extremely low pay in comparison with industry standards, poor work conditions compared with industry standards

    Advice to Management

    Create a better work/life balance for salaried staff members, increase communication from above

    Met with the hiring manager, had a 15-20 minute conversation discussing my role and how I would fit into the organization. In addition, we discussed potential opportunities for advancement in the future which I wound up taking full advantage of after a few years working in varying positions within the restaurant.
