I have been working at Wistron full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The company is good for work-life balance. There's work-out center with fair fee. Although is far away from center of city, it offers a lot of shuttle bus for employees from all location of Taipei. The job is a bit like civil servant.

    Cons

If you're aggressive for promotion, this might not be a good place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To encourage good workers to work more diligently, you have to give better incentive.
