    I worked at Witt/Kieffer full-time (More than 5 years)

I worked at Witt/Kieffer for nearly six years and overall it was a very positive experience. They are competitive from a salary and benefits standpoint and there are some truly extraordinary people that work there across the different corporate levels. If not in the consultancy (and I can't speak for that level as I was not in it), the work/life balance is also very good too.

While I was there, certain members of the consultancy were very difficult to work with, but really that's it.

    Vice President Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Witt/Kieffer.

Process was incredibly long start to finish. Nearly 5 months or so. During which time other positions came up through the firm, but since I was a candidate for one position they would not permit me to become a candidate for another position. Interview with the recruiter was a pleasant experience - felt more like a personality test than learning more about my professional experience. But there were long gaps of time when I did not hear from them about next steps or what was going on. When I finally met with their client - it was a horrible interview. I feel like they could have better prepared me by sharing information on the personalities of the type of people I was meeting with. Furthermore, it would have helped to know what my strengths were (according to them) and any areas of concern the client might have (so that I could address it in the meeting). I would work with them again - but just know that it is going to require some time (and patience) start to finish.
