    Pros

Open-minded towards change and improvement within the company. Plenty of room to grow, especially right out of college. Strong culture. Good work-life balance. A lot of vacation time.

    Cons

Not too many cons. The pay isn't the best in the industry but it is probably in the top 50%

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wolf & Company, PC.

    Interview

Started with an on campus interview-30 minutes with one person. Then move on to a second round interview at the company. The interview was mostly behavior questions. Nothing too difficult, but interviewer might suddenly stopped you to insert a questions to see how you would react.

    Interview Questions

    • Why did you chose your college/university? Why did you choose .....as your major?   Answer Question
